These one hour sessions are designed specifically for your body type with the aim to achieve your desired goals. We very much work with you, whether you are recovering from an injury or wish to build your fitness.
Starting with an initial consultation in our Studio where you will be assessed so we can best design a suitable programme for you. We are happy to discuss issues with your Physiotherapist or Doctor to ensure that Pilates works most effectively for you.
Courses will then begin with learning the basic Pilates techniques in the matwork framework. As you progress increasing flexibility, building core strength we can move on to the very effective ‘Reformer’ programme. Classes will always be at your pace for you to best achieve your goals. Classes are conducted in a social manner, we like a giggle and you will find it relaxing.
Personal Pilates sessions are perfect if you are recovering from an injury. Personal Pilates is booked in 6 weeks courses, you will really start to notice the difference very quickly.
Personal Sessions run on Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday from 9.30am
Initial assessment & Individual classes are £30. Bookings for a 6 week course is at the discounted rate of £150 (£25 per session).
